How to use:
• Line & fill in lips with Velvet Matte Lip Pencil. Layer complementary Lip Tint over centre of the lip to add dimensional shine.
• For a gradient lip, begin with an application of Lip Tint all over, then apply Velvet Matte Lip Pencil to the centre of the lip. Blend colour out for an edgeless, ombré effect.
