The glass decoration on the Cocody scented candle, featuring a design of yellow Baobabs on a grey background, was created in Italy using a glass sublimation method. The design is printed with natural pigments and then delicately placed around the glass, which fuses to the material. The richness of the design then comes to life with the flame, subtly revealed via its transparency. Cocody is a municipality located more than a hundred kilometres from Abidjan in the Ivory Coast. It is in this forest region that the last baobab planting took place in the summer of 2024.

How to use:

• Light all the wicks of the candle. Wait until the entire surface has liquefied before extinguishing the candle.

• Never allow the candle to burn for more than an hour after the surface has liquefied.

• Reposition the wicks vertically before the wax has completely solid again.

• Cut the wicks before relighting the candle.

• Never allow the last cm of wax to burn, to avoid the flame burning against the glass.

• Basil, Jasmine, Patchouli
