How to use:
• Shake your bottle of Bi-Facil to activate the bi-phase formula. Dampen a cotton pad until the pad turns blue, rest it on your eyes for 10 seconds, then gently sweep down to fully remove your eye make-up. Complete your routine with a face cleanser and a toner.
